Michael graduated from the University of Technology Sydney in 2017 with a Bachelor of Engineering, earning First Class Honours in Innovation Engineering (mechanical stream). Michael is also registered on Engineers Australia – National Engineering Register (NER).
Michael’s engineering career begun at Precision Metal Group Aust, where he learnt the foundations of CAD modelling and design as well as gained practical experience on the workshop floor. He then joined the Fowlerex team in 2017 as a design engineer before moving into the mining and heavy equipment parts sector, where he built a strong reputation for technical problem solving, site experience, innovation, and leadership.
Michael returned to Fowlerex at the beginning of 2025 as a design/project engineer with an added focus on leading the spare parts side of the business. Michael combines his technical design, project delivery and business development skills, with the goal to grow parts and service sales, improve processes and deliver solutions for clients. With a mix of hands-on engineering experience and a drive for continuous improvement, he works to ensure Fowlerex projects and spare parts services meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
